David won 3rd place in the Artist’s Magazine’s 24th Annual Art Competition in Landscape with “Morning South of Dangling Rope” available at Brazos Fine Arts. He also placed in the top 50 in Landscape with “The Edge”, which was also shown at Brazos Fine Arts.

David will be a juror at the 2008 New Mexico Arts & Crafts Fair, June 26 - 29.

Gallery Openings
** David is having his second 2-person gallery show with his daughter, JK Drummond, also a watercolorist.  The show opens on April 14, 2007 at Weems Gallery in Albuquerque.  The first show they did together sold out on opening day last year.

** August 4, 2007 is the opening of David's popular one man show at Brazos Fine Arts in Taos, NM.  This show also sold out last year.
